This activity is ideal for employers, HR professionals, managers, founders, and team members of companies who want to gain more insights into neurodiversity, the positive impact of neurodivergent employees on the organization, and the team dynamics within a neurodiverse team.
During the workshop, players are confronted with realistic scenarios from the daily reality of a neurodiverse team. In their toolbox: a comprehensive set of tools and techniques that make the lives of neurodiverse teams easier and increase productivity or not. It's up to you to discover what works best for everyone in the team. Can your neurodiverse team tackle the challenges and maintain their productivity and resilience, considering their diverse and sometimes opposing personalities, needs, and desires?
After the session, you will receive 1 game board to play the game again internally.
