Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll learn the basics of fencing – from stance to attack and defense. Once you’ve mastered the techniques, it’s time for the real action. In thrilling duels, you’ll put your concentration, insight, and reflexes to the test. Who among you is a born strategist? Which team will fence its way to victory? En garde!
Based on these four properties, you will quickly find out what you can expect from the activity. This way you can tailor your teambuilding even better to the needs of your team.
- Wear comfortable (sports) clothing (shorts or sports trousers & T-shirt) and sports shoes.
- This activity can take place indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), best on paved surfaces or dry grass.
- We need an empty space of at least 1.5 by 6 metres per duo. For 20 people, that is e.g. a room of 15 by 6 metres.
