Description
In a hybrid drop, teams of 3 to 4 people play. All participants receive a briefing (PDF) in advance, including a starting location. This can be any location in Belgium or abroad. Each team also gets a start time. There is no physical guidance present.
At the start time, the team captain starts the game via a QR-code. The captain then sees a map with several check-points. The goal is for the team to visit as many check-points as possible within the allotted time and to score as many points as possible. Once a check-point is approached within 10 meters, a question/puzzle appears that must be solved within a certain time frame. To solve this question, team members will need to think outside the box and combine their logical thinking skills. An extra stress element is the countdown timer visible with each question.
Teams can always see how their score compares to that of the other teams, so the competitive element is never far away. This hybrid drop requires a region with sufficient internet coverage.
