Looking for a fun evening of good food and relaxation? Then this cooking workshop is perfect for you! Expect a full dinner with a healthy twist, with a great cooking moment together.
We transform our kitchen into a trendy food bar and bring the southern sun to our table. The dishes are not only delicious, but also nutritious so that you return home feeling recharged!
During this workshop, we toast together with colleagues. We start with a (non)alcoholic aperitif and then get to work with different types of worldly tapas and finger food. The dishes are made in groups of 2 or 3 and immediately served and tasted by the whole group.
Some examples of dishes:
Cranberry lime cocktail
Rolls of grilled courgette with vegapasto
Scampi pincho with spicy yoghurt sauce
Paprika hummus with nachos
Meatballs in spicy sauce
Patatas bravas
Nutty berry bliss balls
And all this includes appetisers, dishes, recipe booklets and a nice surprise!
To top it all off, this workshop is suitable for everyone. There are no complicated cooking techniques involved! I am happy to take intolerances or dietary requirements into account. The dishes can perfectly be made vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free.
