Description
A team takes on the challenge of raising as much money as possible for a good cause through a series of accessible and varied tasks (each linked to an amount). The activities focus more on collaboration and communication than on competition.
At the end, there is an exciting final test: it determines which colleague decides to which good cause the collected amount goes (or, if the cause is already determined, who may hand over the check as an ambassador). Thus, the last task provides a strategic, surprising, and enjoyable closing moment.
Regarding the amount for the good cause, there are three options:
The maximum amount is determined in advance and later effectively transferred to the chosen good cause.
There is no budget within the organization, but the team decides to effectively collect the amount at a later time through their own initiative.
The amount remains fictional, and the participants focus on the experience of the activity itself.
