Description
Improvisational theater is not only a fine stage art, it is also a philosophy, a way to look at the world, tackle things, and make life more fun and easier. In short, a way of life. In this workshop, you will discover the basic principles of improvisation and how you can apply them in the workplace and yes, even in your private life.
Watching and listening to each other
Accepting and granting each other
Thinking and acting positively
Having and giving trust
Collaborating and caring for each other
This workshop is fun, accessible, and low-threshold with simple exercises that everyone can do. No one is forced to do anything, but experience shows that everyone eventually jumps in. Everything happens in a friendly and constructive atmosphere guided by a coach with 30 years of improvisation and 50 years of life experience who is open and vulnerable. By collaborating in a light-hearted way, communicating clearly, thinking positively, and stimulating trust, we sculpt together a team that can handle an ever-changing world.
