Our team building challenge using LEGO® bricks is suitable for groups from 15 to 120 participants. Larger groups are also possible — feel free to contact us for options. During the challenge, participants compete in teams. The structured program and time-bound tasks ensure full engagement from the very first challenge. After a series of exciting activities using original LEGO® bricks, only one team will emerge victorious.
Which team builds the tallest tower?
One of our favorite challenges is building the tallest tower. Each team works together and develops a strategy to ensure their tower stands tallest. You'll see all teams focused and collaborating, resulting in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Meanwhile, our facilitator (known from the television show LEGO® Masters) walks around with a stopwatch and measuring tape to track progress. The team building challenge includes even more fun and progressively more difficult tasks — which we'll keep as a surprise until the session itself.

Are there creative challenges included in this workshop?
Creativity is a key part of every challenge. Even building the tallest tower can be done in countless creative ways. During the “multibuild” challenge (often the second activity), teams build as many objects as possible from a predefined list — think of a chair, airplane, parasol, etc. We can adapt the object list based on your organization’s background. The final challenge involves a collaborative build with storytelling elements or imaginative objects. Don’t worry — we gradually build up the difficulty so everyone can participate. Most teams are amazed at what they can build in such a short time.
