Description
Microaggressions are often unintentional, but their impact on wellbeing and workplace culture can be very real. This training creates a space for honest listening, mutual understanding and yes, even a bit of theatre-based fun, as we lean into discomfort together.
Through improvisation, reflection, and shared learning, we explore the dynamics of microaggressions, the basics of non-violent communication, and how to respond as a bystander or recipient. With a focus on inclusion, empathy, and respectful dialogue, the session is both thought-provoking and energising, designed to support real change while keeping participants actively engaged.
This workshop is designed for 5–12 participants. Larger groups are welcome and will be split into smaller teams for the best experience.
