During the workshop, we will explore together. We put the talents of the whole team side by side and look for what can make our team even stronger! This workshop can count as a deepening team step. There is not only fun, but you can really talk to each other about essential things that will make your team grow again.
The starting point is your individual list of talents. With those talents, you will discuss and explore each other and your team's talents. This workshop is both an enrichment for each team member and an enrichment for the team. This workshop strengthens the mutual bond between colleagues and makes it possible to discuss what goes well and what goes less well in the team. To guide this workshop properly, there is always a conversation beforehand to tailor the session to your team.
