Description
When friction/stress is high, a Haka Connection Day can be a true team builder. We start with small groups in an activity called 'Over the Line.' Our partners ensure that everyone dares to stand up for who they are, with experiential activities and team discussions, bringing respect and humanity to the surface. Psychological safety naturally follows.
In the morning, we put together a program based on the team's needs:
Over the Line (always the start)
Superme: defining your personal growth needs and goals
Connecting Communication
Core Qualities
Leadership for Real People: ownership of your goals/departmental goals
Clarifying Mission
In the afternoon, we teach the haka step by step, and at the end of the day, all employees meet in a joint haka or separate team hakas. The feeling of unity that is experienced moves people to tears. It’s an unforgettable experience to do this with a native.
The right haka (goals, farewell, team strengthening...) and the composition of the morning session are tailored to the request. The program is confirmed at the time of booking. A regular half-day haka workshop is also an incredibly fun activity, which you can find among the variants and can be woven into another program!
